I've used my Biological Science degree to make a difference to one of the most important issues.
I always wanted to work in salinity and water resource management. I chose Biological Sciences at ECU for the comprehensive scientific learning, and the hands-on practical approach. With mentoring, smaller class sizes and group projects, ECU helped prepare us for the reality of the working world. Now I am the Manager of Salinity and Water Resource Recovery at the Department of Water. I’m really proud of the fact that I use my knowledge and experience to be part of the solution to WA’s water issues.
