Developed in conjunction with practising teachers and in response to teachers' requests, ECU's School of Education has introduced a new Graduate Certificate of Behaviour Management starting in 2007.

The course is a four unit postgraduate qualification at Masters level and will recognise student's prior learning as well as incorporating opportunities for credit towards units through Credentialed Professional Learning.

It aims to:
· Enhance behaviour management skills (a strong focus of the course is on skill development and practice);
· Develop supportive peer networks;
· Increase knowledge of challenging behaviours and a range of effective responses;
· Extend awareness and knowledge of current research related to behaviour management.

To be eligible, you or anyone from your household must not be currently working for a University or TAFE or be employed in the fields of advertising, marketing or research.

Participants will be kept on our database for no longer than one year and will be contacted by our staff when required for a focus group, survey or workshop.
